Delete your account.

You can delete your Rentzy account at any time. Here is how to do it and what happens to your data.

Three ways to delete

In the app

Open the Rentzy app and go to Settings → Delete Account.

On the website

Sign in and open your account settings.

By email

Write to [email protected] from the email you registered with and we’ll do it for you.

What happens

Your profile is anonymized

  • Your name, contacts, photos, and credentials are removed.
  • Login is permanently disabled.
  • Records required for completed transactions (e.g. payment history) may be retained as required by law.
  • Rentzy and Rentzy Business use the same account, so deleting it in one place applies everywhere.
